Summer pictures

What a blessing Australia has been to us.
Where I thought it was going to be a lonely summer, instead we are having a large amount of Aussies drop by. One young lady has even come to stay for a month.
They are a polite and enjoyable group of fun people who thing we are doing a great job.
Several groups have been kind enough to compliments us, to say that we where the best part of their trip so far.

Well summer is upon us and the children had a week break with no studying, classes getting up late and going to bed late with movies all the time. We played cards, dodge ball, hide and seek, tag, flew kites, fished, played tether ball, and everything in between.

The last days of their time off got to drag on a bit and they got a little board. So they where happy to be back in their studies this last Monday.
About half of our children will be trying to skip a grade or two so getting back to studies has been pretty important for them.

Chi has been an amazing child. He started school the latest and is making up as much as he can. He studies very hard he has also started to learn English and guitar. This summer Chi will try and skip from the 5th grade to 7th. He should be in 9th.
We are having him study in the 7th grade books and will have him review 5th and 6th to make sure he has not missed anything. If he can pass some test we will move him up.
Chi might have to give up the guitar and English to make this happen but so far he is doing well.
If he keeps on course he should get out of high school before he has children himself. J

We have 5 children that are learning the guitar this summer and 8 learning the piano. There are 4 of them still learning drums and a large group of children learning new traditional dances.
There is an Australian team coming to do a concert in November and the children and hoping to perform then.
It has been a good start for summer for us. There is a lot going on, the staff is happy, the children are enjoying it and Ream and I are satisfied with the fruit.

A nice rainbow but no rain. Ky plants some more unchoi.
We have shifted from a lot of verity in the garden to mostly animal food. The children also eat unchoi. This has reduced labor in the garden and shifted it more towards the animals. Which will makes some extra income this next year.
Dad left some money in his pants, Tong is happy to return it. While there was plenty of fermentation Melor is not pressing grapes for wine. He is helping Lim do his laundry while Lim has his cast on.
Chi hangs his cloths out to dry.

Chopping food for the chickens. We eat the last of the ducks this week.
