Cheese

We had two baby goats. One Christmas eve and one New Years eve, both males.
This mom again had trouble with her breast not flowing properly. So we milked her until the baby was able to nurse from it. It was to big for the baby to drink from. This lasted for a week so we learned how to make cheese from it. Almost all the children tried the cheese and most of them liked it.

Below is our mushroom fields. This is our second attempt at growing straw mushrooms. The first time was our learning time we got about half of what we planted because the children over watered part of the crop but still we made a good profit from it.

We are getting a lot of compost from doing the mushrooms it should really help us out in the areas that we need.
A smaller ball of cheese and crackers. A really big mushroom over 9 inches a long with some of the smaller market size.
The market gives us half price if they are open for some reason. So I am working on preserving them to try and sell them in a different manor and make the same price.

Joe has started on the computer playing a Clifford game. He knows quite a lot for two and a half.
he can start the computer and get past the log on. He can start movies and play some of the games. He does much better than Sam has. Sam gets caught up with the noises and goes crazy clicking.

Sam and Joe got out for a swim the other day at a very nice hotel. It was very cool and they did not last to long. We can't wait for summer.
