Making fish food
Something like 14 ponds with thousands of fish.
At the end of this tour we found out that my father in-law helped dig these ponds.
Next fish farm belongs to a cousin of my father in-law
Catfish coming up for food
Alicia was fond of the piglets.
Catching the crayfish
More of a prawn rather than a crayfish they can grow up like 10 inches. They also can sell up to $28 dollars a kilo in the dry season. Which like $5 dollars a shrimp.
These are small ones
Big frogs, the kids favorite part of the classes
Happy baby fish
These are our Duran fruit in the back yard the tree grown from seed 4 years ago.
The kids had a lot of fun growing gourds this year.
What is known as wing beans, taste a lot like green bean.
Just some things we are learning and doing. We are seeing what is practical for us to try or not.
Neal one of our newest guest is a landscaper and will be helping us get everything we do to be done better. He's trying to get the children excited about growing things.
