We where wanting a dog for a while and Lion came from Pastor Sirin. I think Lion is mixed German Shepperd and something else. Lion is a puppy still and was chewing the shoes at Sirins house so they gave him to us and we where happy to take him. He loves the yard and the children.
The picture later on is with Bear a puppy found wondering in the street and Reams brother brought it to us. We are hoping with Bear he will grow up with the other animals and not want to eat them. Lion tries to eat a bird already.
Reams family thought it was fitting that the dogs come to us because they are orphans also.
Somly is the deaf girl that is sponsored to attend a deaf school. She dropped by for a visit so we thought we would update you.
She got a free hearing aid, her eyes checked and her teeth fixed. She is learning to dance, read, write, sign, read lips and to sign. So much opportunity has been given to her and she is doing as much as she can with it. She and her family is beyond thankful for this opportunity. It is through this family that we meet Nite our newest girl age 12.
Nite has lost 5 brothers and sisters and her father to an illness and she has never been to school herself. Mom is a little crazy and can not care for the family so Nite has done it.
We where some how hope that we could also take her baby sister but mom did not want to give her to us. We are pretty sure the baby will die some how. Unfortunately Sunday mom and the baby where in a moto accident and she dropped the baby. She is in the hospital with a lot of head injuries. So we let Nite go home for the week to help mom care for the child while in the hospital.
We are hoping again she will rethink giving us the baby.
